The project started on the 1st of December 2024 and has a duration of 30 months. The budget of the project is 250,000 euros and the consortium constists of universities from Poland, Cyprus, Latvia, Slovakia and Romania.

Project Objectives
The main goal is to increase the university's openness to neurodiversity and to better prepare for cooperation with neuroatypical students/employees. Three specific goals:
Better preparation for accessibility by making the authorities and administration aware of the specific needs.
Equipping academic teachers with tools and work methods allowing for an individualized approach to neuroatypical students.
Promoting and disseminating knowledge about neurodiversity at universities.
Expected Outcomes
R1 Manual for university authorities and administrative employees - content responding to observed problems and gaps, a set of good practices
R2 Manual for academic teachers - content responding to observed problems and gaps, a set of good practices
R3 Workshops for administrative employees dedicated to the specificity of various types of neuroatypicality and practical preparation
R4 Workshops for academic teachers dedicated to recognizing neuroatypicality and practical preparation
